It completely sucked!

Liked: I was not pleased at all!! When I booked the room they told me breakfast was included, well it wasn't I paid almost $58 for a few bags of candy after just paying almost $400 for dinner! I stay at one of the Hilton in Rochester ny breakfast was free and fantastic mind you. All employees were very courteous and wonderful, not in auburn!! Then Friday night I went down to the lobby to smoke a cigarette and almost got punched in my face because a fight broke out absolutely ridiculous! A counter worker told me they had a few functions going on and that happens sometimes, I had my kids there that is not OK! Then I pay for 2 nights and only stayed one because of what had happened our whole stay never got my money back for that 2nd night we didn't stay! I will never visit that facility again

Disliked: One staff member in particular, Mariah was very rude upon check in and it really ruined our stay. You would think with a expensive hotel staff would treat their guests nicely.

Liked: My room and the hotel as a whole was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I reserved a room with one king bed, but when I got there they only had rooms with two queens left. That's was fine, just not what I wanted when reserving. At breakfast the food was good, just a little expensive after spending $200/night.
