The staff was wonderful the...

Liked: Everything was really nice.
Disliked: We booked a suite with a jetted tub and we were about to use it when the jets would not come on. We call front office they fixed within a hour but had to wait for hot water. After breakfast we went to pool and when we went to take showers had no hot water at all.

Liked: It was good location and lobby nice
Disliked: Bathroom smelled like smoke we don’t smoke Bed was creaking when sat upon, pillows look like they were thrown on bed and were not good pillows we had a king and should have had more they were more for just a full size bed The bed was as king and dipped in the middle and felt like a boardI talked to desk about this they said call back on Monday and talk to someone, but they should have handled that day!The breakfast was Gross cold eggs from the Buffett and cold bacon I was vey disappointed

Good

Liked: It was nice and clean. Great customer service.
Disliked: The room next to me had the audio on the tv turned up to the max all night long and kept slamming the door throughout the night. I did call the front desk to complain., but nothing was done. I did not sleep at all.
