Pleasant

Liked: Nice location.Room was nice.Nice building.
Disliked: Room was not cleaned.Manager being a coward instead of addressing us in person.I ordered a kids meal; I have a medical condition. He tells the waitress I could not order a kids meal the next time.

Disliked: Only 2 cups in room, 1 soap in the bathroom, paying for water in the room.No greeting from man at reception desk. He continues to look at computer!

Liked: Staff was so pleasant and helpful! I appreciated the standard 12 noon checkout time too.
Disliked: Only 3 pillows per bed when 4 is better for us

More like a roadside hotel...

Liked: Location was great for DC
Disliked: It is a Hilton so you expect certain standards but they did not clean the room the first night. I called down stairs and they said that they will not clean unless we ask I let him know that for the next day I would like it cleaned. So the next day their idea of cleaning was to haphazardly throw the bedspread up sort of like my kids did. They put clean towels and that was it. They did not refill the coffee center or vacuum the floors. I want to know when Hilton changes their standards?
