Very good just frustrating to...

Liked: Bar, restaurant on site. Airport shuttle
Disliked: Took 30 minutes to get someone to answer a call for a shuttle back to hotel. No one answered shuttle number or front desk. I selected the number to change an existing reservation

Liked: My shoes needed polishing and I noticed housekeeping cleaning rooms. I asked her do you sell those shoe polishing pads. She said no BUT SHE grabbed her furniture polish got my shoes and made them shine. I was very happy. Forgot her name but it was on 2/19 room 316
