Liked: The new rooftop was spectacular. Great investment for the property and future guests. Loved it!
Disliked: Our room hadn't been renovated yet, so it was okay and not great. Our toilet system ran a lot even after flushing. Maybe loose handle or malfunction.

Passable

Disliked: The makeup mirror was too high! The shower was poorly designed! Could not adjust the water temperature without getting wet!

You have to walk in...

Disliked: Renovation and they gave us an old room. A lot of people in our group stayed there and they had a renovated room.

Disliked: Ice machines are not all producing ice.There is no room service as suggested by staff.

Disliked: They had no Ice Machines on any of the room floors. It seems that they should not shut all down at the same time. The Roof top bar staff was not very welcoming when we arrived with about 14 people. They acted like all of the empty seats were reserved.

Exceptional

Liked: The king suite was perfect exactly how it was posted online very roomy, very clean with a wonderful view of the city

Disappointed

Liked: Friendly staff, always!
Disliked: I have stayed at this Hilton a few times. I know they are renovating, but if you are going to charge for a nice hotel room, it needs to be nice! I almost stepped on a spider getting out of the shower. The shower it had rust in the bottom and only about half of the shower head worked. Half of the drapes in the room were not attached to the rod. Just a very bad experience this time.
