No negatives, just felt a bit odd being in the last room next to the exit. Other than that, had a pleasant stay.

We celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary there. Very elegant - we got upgraded to a suite, which made us extra happy. The room and staff were great.

When you think the name Hilton, you think luxury. The rooms at the chicago hilton were anything but. Was not impressed at all. The room was not what i was expecting from the hilton. The room was oddly shaped and furniture seemed to be tossed in room with no real thought about placement. There was room at the foot of the bed for the dresser with the television and yet was placed on the side of the room and in awkward position making watching television while in the bed very uncomfortable We were not expecting a view of a wall. The room was what I would expect from a hoilday Inn not the hilton. The water pressure in the showers was awful, again not what I would expect from anything with the hilton name.I was not impressed by the accommodations, and probably will not stay in another Hilton.

The Hilton is great at making improvements over time. Since I last stayed at this hotel, they have updated many of the rooms to a modern decor. They have also added a really nice market that is very convenient for picking up drinks, breakfast items or dessert to take up to your room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again.
