Finally a hotel that looks like it did in the picture! This hotel was clean and pristine. The staff was very nice and the location is very convenient. I will stay here again.

I'll stay there every time I am in Charlotte. Close to the Verizon Amphitheater for concerts, and free breakfast.

Pros: 10 - perfect hotel.

We were there for such a brief time due to a family matter. Unfortunately it was a rainy weekend. I look forward to booking there again and being able to enjoy a stroll around the lake when the weather is more favorable.

Pros: Helpfulness of staff and ease upon check-in.

Cons: Although I was satisfied; I was surprising disappointed that our room did not have a small refrigerator. I brought back food from a nearby restaurant and had to throw it away. My husband enjoyed the buffet breakfast on our last day there.

Don't stay at this hotel if you value your vehicle, as it may be stolen.

Cons: The rooms were outdated, we were treated like second class citizens since we booked thru priceline. Also our truck was stolen out of the parking lot and the staff was not very helpfull. I even heard one of the staff comment, oh, they booked thru Priceline

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Quiet hotel except for hvac unit. Very soft beds. Too soft for us. Great location. Scenic lake to walk around.

Pros: Staff was very accommodating.

Cons: Beds too soft for our liking, hvac unit loud. Hotel elevators stopped working. Had to ride freight elevator. Called front desk and they gave us free breakfast next am. Elevators back working the next morning.
