I would stay again.

Liked: Had a beautiful view of downtown Austin and great location! The room was very nice.
Disliked: Parking was expensive and a few of the employees were less than friendly.

My stay at Hilton Austin was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had, for all the reasons above.

Liked: staff is really nice, perfectly helpful. room is comfortable, beautiful. location is great. the food in the restaurants is excellent.
Disliked: the wait for an elevator was sometimes too long.

Liked: Customer service was awesome!
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were not pillowing. Parking was $60 for one day. It was next to impossible to find parking so youre conveniently forced to valet. The cost did not match the experience.
