Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The guest on the 4th floor were extremely loud and kept my family up all night.

Super cheap and worth it...I...

Liked: Rate was great and I understand a business class hotel trying to put heads in beds on the weekend hoping to get additional revenue.
Disliked: Housekeeping was poor, stains on the wall under window, tub was dirty and the floor hadn't been vaccumed. (I have photos of all.)

Disliked: Apparently error on booking.com for price of room that I accepted and paid for. Room was cancelled without informing me of such and they would not honor the stated price. Not my fault and price should have been honored. And cancellation should have been communicated to me.

Not happy with how things...

Liked: Location and initially the rate I was booked for
Disliked: Booked on booking.com for $12, got to hotel to check in and they said booking.com had made a mistake and my booking was cancelled and I should have received a notice. Said they could give me the room at a reduced rate which ended up being $80 more than I had booked and credit card been charged. As it was late, I was tired and looking forward to watching March madness on TV and not wanting to search for a better value somewhere else I took the room. Needless to say their Direct TV only carried about 55 channels so I ended up going to my daughter’s hotel to watch the game. Hilton says it is beautiful booking.com fault for the inaccurate rate I was quoted. I am not happy with this outcome and will be perusing reimbursement for false advertisement

Very good

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the facility was nice. Staff very friendly
Disliked: We had an issue with our thermostat. The room was a bit cold.

Liked: Easy parking
Disliked: Need to scrub your bathroom floor - very dirty, Suggest you have choices for pillows, only ones available were very thick and I would have liked to have had a flatter pillow to sleep on.

I wasn’t impressed.

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: The king room that we requested was not given to us and the staff was horrible. They had given my room away due to being “full”. Mind you I had booked this room a week in advance and checked in at 4:00, an hr after I was supposed to check into the hotel. They were not accommodating and were rude. We will not be staying again.
