Great location, big buffet breakfast,...
Liked: This hostel is brilliant and great value for money! Staff are friendly and helpful, and rooms are very clean. There are free tours or events offered each day and these are very good for socialising. The location is great as your are right near pretty much everything - the waterfront, shops, bars, restaurants, transport links and main sightseeing spots. The buffet breakfast has plenty of choice, and there is unlimited free coffee and tea.
Disliked: Couldn't really fault it.

Liked: Location is great; close to everything downtown. Room is clean. Breakfast is not fancy but it's value for your money.
Disliked: There should be a padlock for rent or borrow. Buying the new padlock is not eco-friendly. $4 fee for bag storage after checkout should be got rid of.
