Liked: Great coffee and croissant breakfast, perfect location for visiting our daughter at WMU and wonderful staff!! The two cottage rooms are great!
Disliked: The opposite of handicap friendly…the shower/bathroom when wet could be deadly.

Liked: This was an amazing experience. I took my mother in law for her birthday. We ended up with two rooms as the room we reserved was given out and had to pay for the second room but was well worth it! Each guest was given a robe to wear and Henderson Castle slippers (to keep). The wine wasn’t as sweet as I normally like but luckily the barkeep was quick to doctor it to suit my taste. They knew exactly what to do! The late night quietness with free roam (respectfully of course) was a whole other experience. 10/10 will return!
Disliked: Ensure the guests who book online receive the rooms they are booked for.

Liked: Beautiful setting and accessories. It was elegant and time stamped.
Disliked: Sitting areas in rooms were beautiful but not always functional. Loved wine glasses but drinking glasses for water would be nice. Also only 1 small garbage container in bathroom.

Liked: Amazing place to visit!!! Unique, interesting, cozy, and definitely worth visiting! Jamie was great! She showed us other rooms to book for the next time we come, which we definitely will do! She served us warm, delicious croissants for breakfast with raspberry jam, yogurt parfait, and fruit cups. We did the wine tasting experience and bought some wine, which was very good. There is a hot tub outside which we enjoyed using. It was a great and most definitely unique experience!!!! Can't wait to visit the castle again!

Disliked: It was very chilly could have used a another small heater. The tub was great only thing was we didn't get a drain plug. We asked and never got one so we went and purchased one to use while there and forgot it. But besides that I loved it id return
