Everything was good. Clean; staff was friendly; food was great. I would stay again and would recommend to anyone:)

Our stay at the Heathman Lodge was wonderful. Hotel staff clearly pay close attention to details. Nothing is overlooked. The rooms are lovely and very quiet; the grounds are well kept and beautiful; the hotel makes recycling a priority - which is important to our family. The front desk offers a complimentary latte, cappuccino or hot chocolate in the morning. The restaurant on the premises, Hudson's is flat out excellent. Usually hotel food is mediocre at best but Hudson's should be one of the reasons you'd stay at the Heathman. In fact, we noticed many locals enjoying Hudson's. We came to Vancouver for a concert and staying at the Heathman was the icing on the cake. Can't wait to go back!

Liked: Rooms were nice and clean but needed a little maintenance The restaurant was convenient and good.
Disliked: I was given a room that was below where part of a little league team was staying. I understand there had been numerous complaints previously about the noise coming from this room from other guests from previous nights . It sounded like the kids were screaming while jumping off the bed. I know the night I stayed the night clerk had to go to that room at least twice and ask the little leaguers to quiet down with limited success. Bottom line my nights stay provided little sleep. I'd been better off sleeping in my car. What I didn't understand is why the lodge put me in a room under what was known problem room, when it was already proven they could not control the unruly occupants,,nor would they enforce hotel noise or partying rules. Just not good hotel management. By giving me that room all Heathman did was create another unhappy client. i doubt I'll stay there again.

Disliked: Nothing- I guess earlier breakfast options at Hudson’s would be nice lol. Had to leave before 8

Liked: Front desk staff were super friendly. The bed was comfortable and the coffee at the front desk was great.
Disliked: It would be nice to have adult hours for the pool. The pool was packed and so we couldn’t use it. Bathrooms could have been cleaner, and some updates in the room would be welcome.

Superb

Liked: We love this place! We have stayed several times. The rooms are so nice, the place is very clean. Room has microwave, fridge, coffee maker, nice linens, good beds. There is a $12 facilities/parking fee per night but the parking is easy and plentiful.
Disliked: This is not a negative, I just ran out of room for positives! Location is great for eating, shopping and easy freeway access

It was disappointing.

Liked: The shower size was a positive.
Disliked: My husband and I had some concerns regarding the condition of the bed. We noticed visible body prints on the bed which made it uncomfortable for us to rest well, and we woke up with neck aches. Additionally, I experienced some bites on my torso, which I believed were from either a spider or a bed bug. As a result, we decided to cut short our stay and leave the premises. This lodging location was recommended by colleagues who had arranged it for members of their hospital staff, we were disappointed with our experience and would like to recommend that some attention be given to the condition of the bed and the pest control measures at the location. We hope that the management will take note of our feedback and take appropriate action to ensure a more comfortable and pleasant stay for future guests.
