Liked: since short staff meant our room wasn't ready on check in we were given another room & we really liked it. We liked having a full size frig so we could use the freezer better than the mini frigs. We liked the hot breaky, eggs & bacon too.We also enjoyed the Wed evening managers appies. Reception staff friendly & helpful.

Not your typical Wyndham property...

Liked: Easy to find property.
Disliked: Front desk staff are not available when needed. Hotel changed the WiFi password mid way through the stay without informing us. Overall cleanliness is below average. Entry way, hallways and elevator have a musty smell. Rooms need a deep cleaning... stains on the wall, floor and couch.

Liked: Wonderful staff at the Hawthorn. They were super kind, funny and helpful. Something needed after a lot of travel. The laundry facilities was also an extra bonus.

Not worth the price

Liked: That it had a breakfast
Disliked: I don't think that there was not one thing that at some time was once broken then half fixed. Charging plug station by the be was not working so neither one of our phones charges all night. Everything was very low quality and needed updating.

Liked: We previously stayed in this hotel years ago when I think it was under a different identity...Wyndam seems to reduce the ratings of the properties under its umbrella...
