Front desk guy give room...

Disliked: The fact that the front desk guy gave my room keys to a guest who went in my room and ransacked the place stole my jewelry and my wallet .

Liked: Room set up was welcoming
Disliked: Front counter never manned, management VERY unorganized, staff knocking on door when do not disturb sign on door. Staff could not provide receipt at time of checkout. Witnessed a customer complaining about staff just walking into their room around 11pm.

Disappointing didn’t even get to...

Disliked: We reserved two rooms one was on bottom for other was on 2nd so our family had to be separated. I was also charged extra 50 and was never told why

Great hotel would recommend staff...

Liked: The breakfast was decent when I came to eat they were out of gravy for the biscuits but there was also 30 mins before the shut time..no complaints food was good
Disliked: WiFi was down and didn’t seem to get repaired
