Liked: Employees were all nice and friendly. No desk chair and they brought us one. When closet door fell, they fixed it while we were out and later that evening the EMS came to our room but I declined.
Disliked: old rumpled carpet, tiny pillows, no view, closet door broken and fell on me, drawer pills came off in my hand, I fussed at my husband for spilling pop corn in the room, (WE DID NOT HAVE POP CORN). Was insulted when was offered a $30.00 food credit, The longest walk ever, ever to and from casino.

Liked: Staff was great.
Disliked: It was dirty. Unclean. Standing water in room when taking bath or washing hands. Floors were filthy. I'm just not happy. How do you request your money back?

Superb

Liked: Very clean, large room and huge bathroom with separate tub and shower.
Disliked: Double, not queen beds. Was comfortable but small. Only one cup of in room coffee, single serve. Had a Keurig maker in lobby but that's not convenient. Only paper cups in room. No counter space as dressers were built into the wall.

Disappointing

Good

Liked: It was close to where we needed to be. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Disliked: The lighting in the room was low, we found it to be too dim ioverall. We're older people so lighting is ieven more mportant. Room furnishings and materials are a bit worn and tired and could use an update ior refresher of some sort.
