Disliked: I made this reservation and I tried to call but they do not have an updated number and I saw nothing about no animals at this hotel. I have my service dog with me and he was not allowed to stay here so I’d like a refund. I asked about dogs before but they never got back to me so I just came here. I’m from Texas and passing through so it’s kind of frustrating to get here and they not let me check in.

Disliked: Smoke smell in room even though it is a non-smoking room. Smells like it is embedded in the carpeting, walls and furniture and cannot be completely removed.
