Extremely disappointed in the staff...

Liked: I have stayed at this hotel 2 other times and had a better experience both times. The hard rock has many games to choose from. The inside is very fun looking with the lights and music. The cleaning staff were very kind even during this stay.
Disliked: The front desk employee that initially greeted us was extremely rude and nearly denied our stay because I was paying with my Apple Credit Card. I had to cancel my first reservation, rebook a new room and the lowest price was 60$ more than what I had already planned for. I was with my children and had driven a very long way. Her attitude read mostly “sorry but it’s your problem” and again this same female employee worked my final night here and she was unable to provide me with a phone line to call my husband. I did not have my cell phone and missed my dinner because she would not let me call him. This was a trip for my birthday. I asked if there were any promotions because I have heard there are free buffets or something of that nature offered to guests. The front desk told me they do not offer anything through the hotel for guests to help celebrate which was disheartening. The drinks are supposed to be free while you play on the floor and in the past that was very true. I was excited to bring my husband and show him how we can play and drink for free and we were charged for one of my only 2 drinks I ordered while playing over 300$ on the floor that evening. Extremely disappointed and will not stay or recommend

Liked: Smoking room!
Disliked: We couldn't open the shower door, and the phone did not work in the room. Then I had to go down to the front desk several time to get maintenance to address those issues. We ended up waiting a couple of hours before we could shower.
