Liked: Even though obviously under-staffed, each person we worked with was courteous & helpful. The location was perfect, right on the riverfront. The price couldn't be beat for that spot! The beds were comfy, the shower had hot water, and it was quiet.
Disliked: The dirty linens in the hallway by our neighbor's room stayed there the whole stay. They did tell us, at check-in, that there was no night staff but I would've thought they wouldn't leave something so obviously dirty out in the open. Our room was clean though.

Liked: I loved everything about the experience staying there with the exception of the breakfast. It was sparce, bagels, a few pastries along with dry cereal and Oatmeal. Some limited fruit as well. I loved staying there and will again in the future!!

Liked: Exceptional! customer service from the front desk staff. Excellent attention to meeting travelers' needs and directing them to resources in the local area. Free breakfast and access to a business center if needed.
