Awesome hotel. Enjoyable room. Location next to Dickens on the Strand was ideal for us. Breakfast very disappointing. At the price paid it should have been cook to order, with plenty of hot items.

Disliked: TV did not work very well. Many channels didn’t work, or had no sound, picture quality was poor. Now they charge to park your car. Only had tiny bottles for shampoo and body wash.

Liked: The location was fantastic. There were plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance and local shops were just a block or two away. Once you park, you never need to drive again unless you choose to do so.
Disliked: The price was a bit steep and it was confusing because Booking.com said we paid in December but when we checked out after our stay (April) it looked as if hotel charged us. I’ll be checking with credit card about this.

Disliked: The fact that I was quoted $240 and then charged $335 is bs!!!! I thought the extra was for parking but NO, I paid an additional $126 when I returned from the cruise and got car out of parking!! Beware folks!

Liked: We were on a cruise for a our Son's wedding with 46 Friends, Family and members of the wedding party. Enjoyed time away from our Family business the scenery, celebration and fun!

Liked: The property was gorgeous! From the entrance to the room to the staff, everything was so nice. You truly felt like you were walking into a Harbor building, but everything was so new and updated. The room was HUGE and very nice. The bathroom was updated and clean. Everything was amazing!
Disliked: Nothing. I felt safe and comfortable!
