Everything was great! Will be...

Liked: The staff was very polite, room was clean and the location is amazing. The breakfast included some options of cupcakes, cross saint, fruit, coffee and juice. The wine hour was better than I thought!
Disliked: I had a problem with the first room, but they offered another room a little bit better. The problem was with the extra charge for a City View and all I got in the first room was a roof top (photo 1 and 2). When they changed the room at least I could see the city (photo 3). My advice: don’t waste your money paying more for a City Room View. If you want something to see, pay extra for a Sea View instead or just a regular room.

Great hotel for business district...

Liked: Location location location. Close to Ferry terminal/ shops, embarcadero and hop on hop off bus. Two great restaurants next door and if you are into the Village People there is a YMCA next door.
Disliked: The room was described as a top floor corner room with a view of the Bay Bridge. See photo out of room window. It was a true description but it was an inside corner room with a sliver of a view of the B. Bridge.

Liked: Staff was first rate, efficient and friendly. Hotel is in an amazing location with views of the Bay Bridge, super convenient to get to all the local public transit. Great spot!
