Liked: The lady attendant was very polite, informative. Our room was awesome. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was delicious. We enjoyed the pool. I have never stayed at a hotel that checked all my boxes. Thank you very much. We will be returning.

Convient stop along I75

Liked: This hotel was a good stop while traveling along I 75. Check in was easy and the staff were very helpful with recommending a nearby restaurant. The hotel was clean and it had all of the basic things that you need.
Disliked: For some reason, this hotel had some sort of bird sounds that I suppose were supposed to be relaxing. The problem was that the sounds never stopped! Not even at 3:30 in the morning! Not everyone is as sensitive to noise as I am, but it really kept me awake!

Liked: Nice employees clean quite and very comfortable nobody rushed you to check out
Disliked: Sunday the breakfast person was not very nice now Saturday she was but she snatched something out of someones hand because they burnt a waffle And it got stuck.

Disliked: The property couldn't check us in because they had a software update going on. We reached at 3:00 in the morning and had nowhere to go. We called customer service and they didn't pick up. Horrible experience as there was only one person at the front desk and she said there wasn't anything she could do.
