It was ok, but I...

Liked: Clean enough, close to airport
Disliked: Sheets gave me an allergic reaction. Room smelled very stale. When I checked in and checked out I had to look for the front desk attendant and wait until they appeared.

Disliked: So I checked in via online. Then I got stuck in Kansas City due to the weather and couldn'tfly out.. I called to talk with the facility and was told that they wouldn't let my husband stay at the facility and they wouldn't give me a refund or a credit for a future stay. I lost over 300.00 because of this situation. I have stayed at this facility before, and I am a Hilton honors member. I will never book at this location again. Very disappointed.
