Liked: Everyone was friendly and helpful. I showed up two hours early, and they let me check in early. Breakfast was also good.

Liked: The breakfast was really good had a nice selection. Very quiet location.
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was not good.

Friendly staff; dirty rooms

Liked: The staff was relatively friendly but seemed distracted.
Disliked: The place was just dirty. Lobby was decent, but the elevators and the guestrooms were unacceptable. my shoes stuck to the bathroom for like it had been mopped with a can of Coke. And when I plugged my phone in under the bedside table, I could easily see that either food, or (God forbid, a bodily fluid) had splashed up on the wall, and never been cleaned.I understand that maintaining a facility is difficult, especially in a college town. However, with the rates they charge during football season, they should reinvest some of those profits into a continual, and thorough cleaning.

nice hotel, good facilities

Liked: very good facilities in the room, excellent breakfast, nice surroundings.
Disliked: room a bit dark due to half-window, dark furnishings, window was either dirty or ‘blown’ double glazing. too far out of centre.
