Disliked: The bathroom needed some upgrades. The toilet looked old and under the sink there were some cracks and some holes

Liked: The location was excellent because it was near an event I was attending. The breakfast was great, I especially enjoyed the Texas shaped red velvet waffles! We found good movies on the cable TV and the beds were very comfortable!

Liked: The staff was very nice and helpful especially the lady that was at front desk the Thursday evening when I checked in.
Disliked: Beds are not comfortable. Too hard. Needs to have softer beds. A perk of going on vacation is to rest which starts with a great location and comfortable beds.

Great stay but bad customer...

Liked: Clean and close to outlet and restaurants
Disliked: They charged me for room I booked through booking.com that resulted in double payment $374. When I called the woman who answered was rude and told me I had to call back in the morning then just hung up on me! This will cause someone not to return. I have recommended this hotel to several people over the years and never thought I would be pushed off the way I was. I will expect my refund soon and not book again here.
