Liked: The location was great. The area was close to everything and there were a lot of great restaurants close by.
Disliked: Small rooms and no drawers or hooks to organize belongings.

Even with a couple problems, it is a nice place.

Liked: Nice hotel. Very clean. Friendly people. Convenient to other locations. Valet was really helpful with a car problem.
Disliked: $10 water bottles! Snack area is overpriced. Breakfast okay but microwaved too much. The website did not say the rooftop restaurant was closed and not open for business. Our toilet was broken and the TV didnt work the first night. Fixed the next day.

Liked: Complimentary water, location, moisturising lotion in the bathroom, make-up wipes. Staff friendliness.
Disliked: limited tables for breakfast and plastic cutlery. I understand the current choice to use the plastic cutlery but hope that Hilton is considering ways to eliminate the use of single use plastics.
