Disappointing

Disliked: Room was missing hand soap and shower gel. blow dryer was also not functioning. Hotel was running out of towels.

Liked: Close to venue we were going to, great variety for breakfast and Bob Evans within feet of rear entrance. Can't beat that!
Disliked: NOTHING!!

Booking .com is not trust...

Liked: The hotel is great...its Booking.com thats the problem.
Disliked: I made a mistake while Booking this room and I caught it rt away but Booking would not let me correct it. I lost $153 for just making a one day mistake. Even the hotel said it was fine, that they had a room available but Booking would not let me change it.

Don't stay here.

Disliked: The front desk didn't check us in when we got there therefore I had a pleathora of other issues related to my stay including someone barging into my room. I stayed for 4 nights and everyday was a new issue from being locked out of my room all the way to being held up multiple times for them to correct their mistakes. I was offered one night of compensation that I could call and request from booking.com. Not to mention you can hear every door slam for the entire hallway all night long. Save yourself some money and time and do not stay here.

Superb

Liked: Great staff, comfy bed and a clean facility. It's all you ask for in a hotel.
Disliked: Breakfast was a little lacking in quality. Plenty of selection but the eggs were dry and the oatmeal watery. It could have been the day or when we got to breakfast. I still would highly recommend the property.

Disliked: The pillows in the room shouldn’t even be considered pillows. Way too small
