Could have been better.

Disliked: We were there 4 days and the maid never came or gave us fresh towels. Had to go to desk to get them.

Nice room and pool

Liked: The room was very nice and clean. The pool was very nice as well.
Disliked: The lady at the desk wasn’t very informative and when we arrived, wasn’t very welcoming. I felt like I disturbed her. Also when I was pay for my room, I gave her a different card than what was in file and she still charged the one on file. That was very inconvenient for me. Also, the WiFi was very bad!

Liked: Ann, the manager on duty the day we checked out was fantastic in helping us navigate the issue of forgetting an iPad in the room. That was a wonderful experience from what could have been a semi-disaster.
Disliked: Pet policy stinks!

Terrible. Dont stay here

Liked: Our bathtub/shower was gross. See hair in bathtub.
