Excellent - very satisfied.

Liked: Friendly staff. Tony, the courtesy van driver, was amazing. He got everyone to the concert on time and provided verbal entertainment during the ride. Tony is the BEST!
Disliked: One of the two elevators was not working.

Other than having to pay to park the hotel was great! Clean, roomy rooms; amazingly friendly staff; close to venues and food!

Liked: Will be staying again for sure!

If we ever go to St. Pete Times Forum again we will stay at this hotel. Rooms were clean, with microwave and fridge. Beds were comfortable. Very secure, even had to use key card to access elevators. Very clean pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a free shuttle that ran until 10:00 pm and my kids loved the free breakfast in the morning! Definitely a great hotel!

Good Location, Close to Cruise...

Liked: We never made it to the breakfast. We like the convenience to restaurants and the street car.
Disliked: There was a lady at the front desk with glasses and no hair, that was really abrupt when you asked questions. I'm not going to say she was rude but she felt very condescending in her manner and tone. We had never stayed there before and were wanting to get information on the shuttle around the area and she was just like "he's busy with cruise passengers now so you will have to wait" then I said, no problem, if we walk down the street how do we go about booking a shuttle trip back, and she was really rude, and said well you better let me know now so I can put you on the list as he's busy and only working until 5. Like holy crap, okay lady, moving on from the shuttle option. Geez. Had I realized the street car was right there and so convenient I wouldn't even have asked Even when checking out. I basically was just walking out of the elevator with our luggage and was setting it down on the chair and wasn't even approaching the front desk yet, and she's like "can I help you?" I'm like geez, I'm not even at the desk yet, hold on, let me get organized, I'm not in a rush or anything. I don't know, somethings up with her for sure.

Disliked: Didn't have hair covers to prevent it to get wet. Souvenirs shop.
