Disliked: The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable.

Liked: The bathrooms are nice.
Disliked: Karen was not knowledgeable and is not customer service oriented at all. She ruined the experience both at check in and the next morning. The pool and pool area is kept way too cold to enjoy.

It was an expensive place...

Liked: The bed was comfy and the room was fairly clean. The courtyard and lobby area was large enough to support multiple groups without feeling like everyone was on top of each other.
Disliked: Ice makers did not work on the 1st or 2nd floors. When staff was questioned, they laughed and said the ice makers haven't worked "for quite a while". The refrigerator in my room didn't work. There was hardly any water pressure in shower, (this was the case for several members of my group who had rooms on the first floor).

Liked: It was directly across from the venue we were attending. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Definitely will be staying there again.
Disliked: Nothing, it seemed like a safe and secure location.
