After the incident, we got...

Liked: The size of the suite it was very spacious.
Disliked: We arrived to a dirty room, after checking in at the front desk we got our keys and when we opened the door it was stink, trash, bedding sheets dirty with blood. Frustrating to arrive to that and had to turn around with my family back to the front desk and request another room.

I have to go back...

Liked: The fact that i was upgrated to a suite because i stayed more than 3 nights.
Disliked: The hotel does not have transport from the airport

Liked: Beautiful hotel! We loved everything about it except the bed mattress was hard. If they updated their mattresses, it would be a perfect 10!
