Hotel is sparkling clean, modern and has friendly staff. Breakfast was not hot but eating area beautiful. Room was awesome, clean and accessible.

Disliked: $33.00 for parking was a surprise.

I will only stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites, if there is one in whatever city I'm visiting!

Our stay was wonderful, from the car in the garage to the taxi picking us up and breakfast the next morning. Will definitely stay again!

Luxury & Comfortable

Liked: Clean and new rooms, breakfast was good and had varieties each day. Close to all DC attractions. I will visit again if in DC.
Disliked: Parking is expensive, should have offers for parking with stay.

A fair experience but overpriced...

Liked: Spacious comfortable room with everything needed. Pleasant staff
Disliked: Eating breakfast from plastic plates and cutlery is not only unpleasant. It is a disaster from an environmental perspective. The food itself was average. Whilst the room and facilities were fair, the value for money is poor.

We wanted to stay somewhere...

Disliked: I wish it were a little closer to the metro stop.

Liked: Room was very modern and clean. The breakfast was outstanding.
Disliked: The bed wasn’t so comfortable. The bed was high on one side and rolled me into the middle of the king size bed.

Disliked: I had to ask daily for the trash to be taken put and for new towels. I was told, "We only service rooms every 4 days." When asked to have your room serviced there appear to be an attitude particularly from one front desk attendant who is light skinned black female. She did not wear a badge so I don't know her name. She was rude to me each time I asked to have the room refreshed. She would hold up 4 fingers and say we only refresh rooms every 4 days. I have never experienced this type of service at any other hotel.

Perfect option for business stays

Liked: Great location in the heart of Arlington. There is a subway across the street - we were able to get to downtown DC very quickly with minimal transfers. Located in a favorable neighborhood with lots of walkable areas around.
