Liked: The person who helped me check in was very helpful
Disliked: Rates were doubled for the time period I was there (dreamville)I booked on booking.com and noticed a discrepancy with the price my card was charged and the price that my card was charged. Went to the front desk and the person was dismissive, argumentative and I later found out was also wrong. She may have worked all night and was in a bad mood because everyone else was kind and pleasant.

Liked: Went for dreamville fest and being able to check in online was very convenient. The staff would text me and check to see if I needed anything. Also the rooms are huge!

The hotel was clean and...

Liked: It was comfortable. I enjoyed the text message check-ins from staff. I liked being in close proximity to everything we needed. The location was top-notch.
Disliked: The vent in the bathroom would come on at unexpected times, and the sound would scare us. throughout our stay, we became used to the sound and were able to overlook it.
