Overall, not what I expect...

Liked: Staff were friendly and responsive
Disliked: Furniture in the room was a little worse for wear.Thermostat did not work.Heating/AirCon was very loud had to turn it off to sleep.There was a bad smell in the roomNo safe!Shower head was near impossible to adjust.

Pleasant hotel, helpful staff and...

Liked: Lovely large room, comfortable bed and good linen. Reception and check-in straightforward and very quick. Room was quiet and well-cleaned on arrival and extra towels were available.
Disliked: Breakfast rather too heavy on carbohydrates. No ordinary electric socket near desk. Room was only serviced once during the 3 nights' stay.

Disliked: I believe I was charged $12 for parking which wasn't included in the information about the cost of the room.
