Liked: Hotel staff was very friendly. I would stay there again.
Disliked: The carpet in the rooms need cleaning.

OK place to stay

Liked: Location is great and easy to get to various places in Norfolk/VA Beach area.
Disliked: The person who checked us in during the evening was very good. However the day staff wasn't overly friendly and seemed put out when I asked for my room to be serviced daily.

Liked: Very clean and had a really nice breakfast offered (they even had strawberry waffle mix). The staff was super nice and very helpful as well!
Disliked: It was quite noisy because it was near the airport and the road but that’s to be expected.

Disliked: This booking was for a guest with an early morning flight out of Norfolk (ORF), VA. Upon checking in, we were informed that the shuttle was not available and told to call UBER ourselves. They would not arrange transportation to the airport. Your ad says "Transportation available to the Airport." Maybe it should have said "under most conditions."

It was functional.

Liked: The place was clean and usually quiet. Our room was spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Overall, a little too spartan. Some complimentary waters or other beverages in our room would have been nice or a self-serve bar and snacks would have been a welcome addition.
