We really had a good stay. Had no problems finding the hotel. Not alot of parking spots, but staff made sure we had a place to park. The shuttle service was a big plus. I would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Hotel was very clean. Staff extremely nice and helpful. The shuttle service was wonderful. Complimentary breakfast was also very good.
Disliked: It took about 3 calls and a stop at the desk to get an extra blanket.

Liked: The location is EXCELLENT!!!! Very clean and quiet.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for parking and taxes. I didn’t find out until the end. This is an ideal place for my husband and I church function but we will reconsider another place that doesn’t require daily parking fees.

Liked: To be honest was my 1st time and I think last time. Train station was close by I like that.
Disliked: Breakfast was horrible, TV old style with local channels I can't even play my Netflix. Elevator not safe, homeless people keep coming in the hall waya and nobody stop them because they have access to the elevator. I had bad experience with your tell. I hope you can do better about that boiled/scrambled eggs. Staff is ok.
