Disliked: I had booked the property solely on the fact that they advertised they had a hot tub. After we checked in and asked what the hours for the hot tub were we were told that it was broken. Then when trying to get ice the machine on our floor wasn’t working and the front desk person said oh that’s not fixed?

Disliked: Outdated and the beds were hard as rocks. The mirror in the bathroom was so low all I could see was my stomach snd it took an hour for the water to get hot.

Disliked: Glasses Stolen (designer estimated cost 675.00) On 11/24/23 someone from this hotel used my husband’s card to rent room. 109.00 charged to the card we used 90.00 on mine. Suspect individuals working there. Changing their oil in the parking lot. Rooms with caution tape from the police.
