Liked: First room had no view The staff upgraded my room and I was very impressed with the entire staffs friendly demeanor! Ill never stay anyplace else while vacationing in Lake Placid!

Liked: Room comfy. Nice morning breakfast selections. Coffee and water stations available all day. Hot chocolate and cookies available in the afternoon for the weekend. Nice size pool for the children. Convenient to downtown and traveling to Whiteface.
Disliked: Could have a few more selections for the "game" area. Some pieces missing on the tic tac toe. Crayon stubs for the coloring pages.
