Good for travel

Liked: Close to my meeting. Clean.
Disliked: The staff would not give me a receipt when I asked at checkout. I need it for reimbursement. Still waiting for GM to return my call.

Used condom found under bed.

Liked: Location was great for what I needed.
Disliked: My pet found a used condom on the side of the bed the day that we were checking out. There was no one to report this to as I was leaving. My stay was wonderful up until this point. This had me questioning the cleanliness of the whole room.

Liked: Location, breakfast was included, hot tub, renovated room/bathroom.
Disliked: Trivial but lack of fruit options at breakfast and not having a water dispenser or bottle filling station.

Liked: Both the manager and front desk Gave double talk . Asked at check in if they'd approve a cancellation That I booked the wrong location...front desk said she. Wouldn't because of housekeeping..(I hadn't been in room yet )
