Liked: We stayed in a kitchenette room. It was the biggest room we have stayed in. Had everything we needed.
Disliked: Missing biscuits and gravy at breakfast

Liked: Location; the afternoon front desk employee Jason was very helpful in answering questions and providing information on restaurants and attractions and how to get there. He always had a smile.
Disliked: Don’t charge for parking. Garage was never filled up so there wasn’t a big demand.

Liked: This hotel met our needs for one night for being close to Country Club Plaza without being outrageously expensive. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating for a late checkout. The breakfast had lots of choice, clean and kept up to date. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Disliked: Everything was excellent.
