Nice hotel conveniently located by Des Moines Civic Center, etc.

Liked: The room was nice and the breakfast had a nice variety.
Disliked: The pool. The chlorine was too high and complaints were ignored.

Liked: Great location for the downtown restaurants and river.

Liked: The view out of my window was so gorgeous. The breakfast was good for hotel food. Lots of variety. The staff was very friendly
Disliked: I heard a dog bark all night. It sounded like it was in the room beside me. The shower water pressure was horrible though. There was barely enough pressure to rinse the shampoo out of my head

Liked: The only thing we didn't love about our stay was that we weren't able to check in until after 10pm. When you park in the parking garage there isn't a way to get to the hotel that late without keys so you have to go down to the street with all your luggage and wall around to tbe lobby entrance. The bed was very comfortable, water pressure in shower was decent for a hotel, the breakfast had many options and it's a great location for any activities at Walls Fargo Arena.

Would stay again, just try to check in earlier than this time.
