Unpleasant

Disliked: We showed up and the lobby smelt like marajuana was being smoked in there. The lady took a while to notice us because she was laying down in a booth seat with her head in a man’s lap, the finally greeted us and she seemed very rushed to get back to her guest. The room was dirty, the wall paper was peaking, the tub had hairs all in it, the toilet ran constantly where we kept having to take the back of the tank off and fix it ourselves. Our stay was a disappointment from start to finish.

Liked: The breakfast was great and staff was friendly. The room we stayed in was a nice size.
Disliked: The bathroom in our suite was in pretty bad condition, run down. There were not nearly enough bath towels/wash cloths for our family of 5.

Stay was okay - just expected more from Hampton - maybe expected too much?

Liked: breakfast was good - old eggs - server did bring out some new after we were done. fruit was old no bananas.
Disliked: Called ahead to ask about bereavement rate (3x's) was told manager would call - never did. A/C unit was loud vibrated he bed.

Liked: Staff and breakfast was great!
Disliked: Rooms need upgraded badly. We were on ground floor - upstairs room very noisy all night

We also liked the pool and jacuzzi

Disliked: Nothing
