Exceptional
Liked: It has been remodeled since my last stay & it’s very nice & clean. The staff was very accommodating. While it’s not the least expensive facility in the area, I felt safe there. I’ll stay again.

Disliked: Charging for internet access. Was not told you get charged to use wi fi. Never seen this at other hotels we have stayed at.

Only good thing was the...
Liked: Like the elegant vibe but so many technical errors!! Loved that we were notified bout the hotel under going construction too.
Disliked: First off the staff that “greeted “ us was horrible. Had called the hotel the morning of our reservation and made sure our rooms were side by side rooms 315 & 317, but when we got there the Maliki guy put us in different rooms, when I asked bout the mess up, all he said was “what do you want me to do about it?” Very rude!! Then when we got to our rooms, we had no way to turn the fan off that blew cold the entire time. Had called down to the desk and asked for someone to come help but no one came. Tried to shower but there was no conditioner in the shampoo bottle. Went to go enjoy the in door pool and it was too cold to enjoy and no towels on the towel rack. Coffee was horrible and breakfast was not worth it at all! Didn’t mind the construction at all, sadly that was the only thing we got warned bout.

Hampton Inn appears to really...
Liked: I am very satisfied with Hampton Inn. I had to check in due to unfavorable circumstances. It was below freezing weather and I had no water at my house due to the water freezing. I could not shower. I could not do dishes. I could not go to the bathroom. The weather made my life very uncomfortable. Hampton Inn is right around the corner from my house, so it's close and I could go home and check on my dogs. Also, I was very pleased to find out that Hampton Inn has washer and dryer access to the customers. I was able to bring my scrubs to the hotel and get them washed so I had fresh scrubs to wear to work. Hampton Inn had a very nice hot breakfast with several choices. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I appreciate it. The fact that the shampoo and conditioner was phosphate-free and sulfate free parafan-free. That may seem like a really small detail, but it really isn't. That detail shows me that Hampton Inn does pay attention to the customer's needs. My overall stay at Hampton Inn was a very positive experience. I am grateful!
