Disliked: I booked specifically for the indoor pool and unfortunately Booking.com, did not have the update that the pool was closed and the property is undergoing some renovations.

Liked: Hotel employee at the front desk was delightful! She was so helpful and pleasant, a real asset to the hotel.

Lack of communication but great...

Liked: The location was great for a weekend out of the house.
Disliked: I confirmed a room with Whirlpools, and due to remodeling in the property, they didn't have any available. I wasn't informed of that until after I was charged and asked to reconfirm. I ended up staying because it was too late to find somewhere else to stay.

Disappointed

Disliked: Property under renovation, Booking.com did not post this. staff did not clean room , AC not working.
