Liked: Clean hotel, that's about it. Did not have any power nor full or partial refund.
Disliked: I had to book due to a canceled flight because of an ice storm. The power went out, and their backup generator did not work. I chose to stay here for a little extra $ to enjoy the amenities after a long day of delays leading up to a canceled flight only to have power for 1hr out of my entire stay? No hot water, lights, or heat. I spoke to the front desk lady regarding a reimbursement and called twice and was told they are working on refunds for peoplewhot were booked during the storm. I reached out to the hotel manager Tom Gibson via voicemail and email and received no response what so ever.

Good

Liked: Breakfast was okay. Rooms were as expected. Location was good however it was a bit farther from the airport than some others.
Disliked: Shuttle hours didn't meet our needs for early morning flight out of Albany. Shuttle starts at 6:00 a.m.

Pleasant

Liked: We arrived late and left early. Needed a place close to the airport.
Disliked: Should have been a c;lock in the room.

Liked: Room was a nice size. Temperature was easy to control. Convenient to the airport.

Disappointed and Disgusted

Liked: Location was convenient but room was infested with bed bugs
Disliked: Both of our beds were infested with bedbugs. It was an awful and disgusting experience. My wife suffered some medical conditions from the bites which required a trip to urgent care. We did get our room comped, but had to change rooms at 12:30 AM and we’re supposed to be on a flight by 4:30 AM the next day so we literally got about an hour of sleep, and even in the new room felt very uncomfortable that it was possibly infested as well. On the trip home we had to call Pest Control to be at our house the next day and left all of our belongings in the garage to be sprayed and bagged everything up. We’re still bringing loads of laundry up stairs. It was an awful and horrible experience, we showed the staff the bugs personally, because the photos were not convincing enough for them Instead of the staff saying I will have the manager call you he said I don’t know if those are bedbugs or not. I had to get the managers card from the desk. My father-in-law called him the next day as we were on a flight from New York back to California, what a nightmare this place was I believe it should be red tagged until it is clear of this contamination. I’ve never left a bad review like this in my entire life.
