I enjoyed my stay at...

Liked: Taylor the receptionist was so pleasant. I haven't received customer service like that in Albany in a long time. Most of the people in the town works in customer service doesn't seem to like what they do, and this has become very concerning to me.
Disliked: The bathroom floor wasn't mopped to expectations. The bathroom sink still had some toothpaste left behind from previous guest.

Liked: Everything noise level was zero to none clean room and common areas check in/out was a breeze.
Disliked: The beds were a little hard and uncomfortable

CLEAN ROOM, EXCELLENT BREAKFAST

Liked: We were here for my daughter's baby shower. We loved the room and breakfast. Hot Grits, Eggs, Sausage, Muffins, Yogurt, Waffle, Juice, Coffee. My family and I loved the breakfast. The beds were comfy. We will stay again.
Disliked: I think it was a little pricy for just one night.
