Overall Great Stay

Liked: I loved the friendliness of the staff. They are always so nice and helpful. The breakfast has a good variety to choose from.
Disliked: I didn't like that the bed had some debris in it when I got in for the first time. The tub was clean but it had some stray hairs in it. Nothing was majorly wrong but those few things.

AMAZING

Liked: The ladies in the kitchen was the most amazing women. Their hospitality was unbelievable!! The breakfast was hot and you never had to wait on anything!! Everything was full. The housekeeping service was amazing also!!! Very polite people!! When I go back I will be stay at the Hampton Inn again!! I will give them a 10 STAR rating

Terrible customer service

Liked: The manager and front desk were extremely rude. For a customer service position, they have terrible skills. Never offer to help or work with us to have our reservation squared up.
Disliked: They never found my reservation until I left to a different hotel. The manager instead of act as a mediator between the front desk staff and the customer, started raising her voice. Very unprofessional for being a manager.
