A very pleasant stay!

Liked: The property was in a super safe area. The receptionists were super friendly. There were free cookies & water upon arrival and the coffee was great

Decent stay, but lots of...

Liked: Good-looking lobby and fairly good breakfast. Reliable wi-fi.
Disliked: Not very clean. Floors in hallways and elevator were dirty. Room smell very musty. Beds were good; spring mattress was just okay. Very spartan service. Orange juice machine was broken.

Liked: That the hot tub and swimming pool were actually accessible.
Disliked: The beds are extremely horrible.

Predictably sufficient

Disliked: I called 3-4x between 10:30-11:00 to see if could check in early or drop off my luggage. No one picked up.

Liked: Good location. Comfortable bed. Decent breakfast
Disliked: Bathroom needs a deep clean. Hot tub was full of nasty foam and dirt, chemicals were so strong we couldn’t stay more than 5 minutes
