Liked: Cant really rate facilities at all since i made reservation and arrived earlier than expected to find out the front desk guy was dealing with a huge water leak coming down of the roof. He was not helpful at all and assured he didn’t had any availability to offer. Had to go to a close hotel and end up paying twice. Still have no response from administration in regards to this situation since i was still charged for the room.

Liked: Breakfast was ok. Bananas not ripe. Hot water only warm. No coffee. When I told the attendant that both urns were empty at 8:56 am, her reply was “I will go brew some more”. It seems to me that a new pot should be ready when the last pot runs out. Waited about 10 minutes for coffee.

Disliked: They could not find our Booking reservation, had to get the management. Had no record of booking, we had our confirmation number etc.

Liked: The room and bath were clean. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the potato pepper mix for breakfast.
Disliked: The shower curtain rod had half of the mounting screws loose. This should be fixed before it falls down. The trash can in the bath was metal, not plastic, and was rusted. The hose to the shower head had a leak, more than just dripping. The button switch on the wall lamp has a poor electric contact and needs replaced. It had to pushed many times to get the light to come on.
