Liked: breakfast, although not healthy, was at least included
Disliked: the room had a very strong musty smell. not from mildew, it almost smelled mechanical as if the filter needed to be changed but I suspected the next door gym or the near by indoor pool may have been factors. no way to open windows to air out room.

Liked: The lady at the front desk who checked me in did such a wonderful job de-escalating a customer who was out of pocket. She was very professional and courteous.

Disliked: Rooms not clean,trash on the side,and under the bed which was constantly being picked up by our puppy.The bathroom door is sliding,no privacy for a family.The phone in the room didn’t work.Flush was sluggish.

Liked: The rooms we're clean, bathroom was nice and big and TV selection was good.
Disliked: The pool did not seem to be taken care of and by our 3rd day it was disgusting, dirty and cloudy. Also a few more healthy options for breakfast the oatmeal was gross and why green bananas????
