Disappointed. I expect more from...

Liked: The location was ideal.
Disliked: The pool was green. The breakfast was average at best. There was no herb tea…seriously people it’s Provo! Where was the herb tea? The breakfast serving lady was rude and horrible. The elevator smelled like mildew and urine. The place as a whole was not clean.
